Berchtesgaden Alps

A remote and wild mountain area in the south-eastern most part of Germany and also a National Park. The beautiful fjord-like lake "Königsee" is in the center of the park and reaches into the mountains. Famous mountains include the Watzmann, Hochkalter, Hundstod, Kahlersberg or Hochkönig (which is already in Austria).
