Tongariro National Park
A mountainous national park in the center of New Zealand's north island that is dominated by volcanoes and craters. It is the oldest national park in New Zealand (the fourth worldwide), an UNESCO world heritage area, and the stage for many scenes in the Lord of the ring movies.
